What’s the next step for the Scarlet Witch
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness marks the most recent appearance by Olsen as Scarlet Witch, a role she has been playing since her appearance in the MCU since 2014’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Kevin Feige, Marvel Studios president, has stated that The Scarlet Witch story is not done and that it is possible that the character will return in the future in series or films. There’s a lot to discover. We haven’t yet touched on some of her most important comics-based stories,” Feige said in September 2022. “Anything can be done in the Multiverse!” “We’ll look into.”

Olsen confirmed that, while the future of Scarlet Witch in live-action is currently unknown, she’d be willing to return as the original Avenger in the event that Marvel is determined to move Scarlet Witch’s story forward. Olsen stated, “I would certainly welcome the opportunity to return to MCU.” “But it must be a good story. I believe that these films work ideal when it’s not just about creating content, but about having a compelling point of view not just as a result of having an all-picture approach.” Olsen is set to return as the voice of Scarlet Witch for the next season of the animation Disney+ series …? which will premiere in 2023.
