Reddit user SaintElena has captured the feel and look of Michelle Pfeiffer’s Catwoman wearing a breathtaking Batman Returns costume.
A stunning cosplay of Michelle Pfeiffer’s Catwoman looks just like the character in the 1992 film Batman Returns.
A cosplayer with the username SaintElena shared their Catwoman photo on the subreddit r/cosplay in which they were seen performing the famous pose in a smokey space with disco balls. SaintElena self-designed Catwoman’s gloves, thimbles, suit, and whip, while the helmet and corset were “made to the order” and the shoes were “bought in a regular shop.” They also claimed that the feeling of wearing the tight-fitting costume of Catwoman was like Pfeiffer’s experience shooting Batman Returns. “If I’m spending more time in this suit, actively moving and sweating, I may get heatstroke.” If I do not move actively, I can break the suit for as long as 4 hours.

She partners with Penguin (Danny DeVito) as well as Batman (Michael Keaton). Although Catwoman’s semi-supernatural storyline diverged from comic lore however, the character is seen as a feminist icon for recovering her agency as well as her sexuality against toxic male villains in the film. In the same way, although Burton’s 1992 film was controversial, the Burton film was praised more overall. Some consider it to be among the best comic book films.
Michelle Pfeiffer Starred in More than One Superhero Film
Since Batman Returns, Catwoman has been performed by Halle Berry in the universally criticized Catwoman, Anne Hathaway in The Dark Knight Rises, and Zoe Kravitz in The Batman. Camren Bicondova portrayed a younger Selina in Fox’s Batman series, which was the mainstay of the series’ five seasons. Keaton will portray Batman for the first time since Batman returned in Flash. She is Barry Allen’s multiversal partner, along with Sasha Calle and Supergirl. Pfeiffer was asked whether she would ever contemplate having a reunion with the DC characters with Keaton. Since the year 2018, Pfeiffer has appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Janet van Dyne the original Wasp and long-lost wife of Ant-Man’s Hank Pym (Michael Douglas). The most recent film from the MCU, Ant-Man, and the Wasp-Quantumania, gave more information about Janet van Dyne’s disappearance within the subatomic Quantum Realm. It also exposed her connection to Kang who is the Conqueror and has been a long-standing antagonist of Phases Five and Six. But, Quantumania not only premiered mixed reviews however, but it also is the record holder for the MCU’s largest box office drop up to this point.
