Batman’s Knightfall Costume Immortalized by McFarlane Toys

McFarlane Toys unveils brand-new Batman/Bruce Robin/Tim Drake and Wayne figures that are based on DC’s “Knightfall” and “Robin: Reborn” story series.

McFarlane Toys has revealed new Tim Drake/Robin as well as Batman figures inspired by the “Knightfall” and “Robin: Reborn” story series.

The post was posted on McFarlane Toys’ Instagram, the new figures come as part of the McFarlane Toys Winter Showcase 2023. The caption for the Tim Drake/ Robin figure post reads: “Oh, wait, a few things… First, take a look at Tim Drake(tm), Robin(TM), from Robin: Reborn ™. Soon to be released …” The announcement for the Batman “Knightfall” figure promises fans that will be released shortly.

Chuck Dixon Denny O’Neil, Alan Grant, and Doug Moench created “Knightfall” which was a 1990s Batman story that included Bruce Wayne’s take on Bane. Bane is a new villain to Gotham City at the time, had just appeared in 1993’s Batman – Vengeance of Bane #1. Dixon and Graham Nolan.

Batman and Bane who are tired and suffering from burnout, have a major confrontation in Wayne Manor after Batman’s villain releases other villains from Arkham Asylum. The battle ends with Batman’s back-breaking over Bane’s knee. The incident is depicted in Kelley Jones’ iconic Batman#497 cover. The scene was made live-action by Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight Returns. It was released in 2012. “Knightfall” also features Jean-Paul Valley/Azrael, a character created by O’Neil as well as Joe Quesada by Peter Milligan. He first appeared in 1992 Batman #1. Batman is working with Doctor Shondra Kinsolving while recovering from his injuries.

McFarlane Toys Winter Showcase Features New Figures. Figures

On March 2nd, 2023 McFarlane Toys also debuted a variety of brand new Spawnfigures as part of the McFarlane Toys Winter Showcase 2023. McFarlane Toys currently offers pre-orders for figures for Monolith, Sinn, and Medieval Spawn. They are anticipated to be released later in 2023. “Sir John, who was killed by King Henry VIII was revived as one of the first real Hell Knights.” The description of the Medieval Spawn figure is as follows. “Eventually captured by the Church and ordered to destroy Spawn, he was beheaded. He is now an atoner seeking to be cleansed and is being snatched by the Church.
